Declaration of conformity GOST R is a document, in that a manufacturer (salesman, performer) certifies that the products supplied (sold) to them conform to the set requirements. Declaration of conformity has legal force equally with the certificate of conformity.

If Your products is subject to Declaration of conformity then you must design declaration of conformity, and similarly at pleasure you can design the voluntarily certificate of conformity. But a receipt only of voluntarily certificate of conformity does not replace to you the compulsory of receipt of declaration conformity.
