State registration

Testifying to state registration of products and commodities is a document confirmative, that a commodity or products passed state registration and brought in a state register, and corresponds to the set hygienical norms and sanitary rules accepted in Russian Federation.

State registration of products and commodities is conducted on the basis of the article 43 RF from 30 March1999 № 52- " "About sanitary-epidemiological welfare of population"", articles 10 RF from 02.01.2000 №29 "About quality and safety of food foods", decisions of Government of Russian FEDERATION from 21 December 2000 № 988 "About state registration of new food foods, materials and wares", from 4 April 2001 № 262 "About state registration of separate types of products or commodities, presenting a potential danger for a man, and also separate types of products, first brought in on territory of Russian Federation" et al normative legal acts.
